Q: Why is it crucial that the youtube link I submit’s Visibilty set to PUBLIC or UNLISTED?
A: We will be unable to immediately access the video you want us to edit if it is not set to one of these values. This will delay our ability to work on your project and thus delay your receival of the final product.
